If for some reason
(excluding
Saturday delivery
dates,
adverse weather,
strikes, blockades or natural
disasters)
a
delivery attempt
has not been made on your chosen day, Bizzy Balloons will
give you a £5 refund. Deliveries to some remote parts of Scotland will take up to 2 days, please check
<here> for postcodes of areas
affected by these rules. Refunds for late delivery to these areas will only be
issued if enough time was
allowed when ordering.
Damaged
or Lost Goods
Refunds
If your order does not arrive,
arrives more than
1 day late or arrives damaged, Bizzy Balloons will give a full
refund.
Unfortunately replacement
balloons can not
be sent. Damaged or lost orders must be reported to us within
7 days of the chosen delivery date.
Complaints
We endeavor to respond to all complaints within 1 working day and resolve complaints within 3-4 working days.
