Just thought you might like some feedback on an order I gave you. This was a gift for friends who have just had a baby boy. This was to be a surprise, something different from the usual flowers. I thought of balloons and looked on the web and found your site.
My friends were delighted and thrilled with the balloon, and thought the chocs was such a nice gesture. It was such a surprise for them when they opened the box! I just wanted to thank you for the excellent service you gave me, and how glad I was that I put my trust in yourselves and purchased a balloon from Balloon Monkey. Anyone can pick up a bunch of flowers!!
